A local landlord, Tony West, takes initiative by kicking out over 70 Virginia University of Lynchburg students on Monday claiming the university has not paid him rent for months. The students received an eviction notice in effect starting the next morning once West realized the university had not returned any of his phone calls. Tony West plans on filing a $1 million lawsuit against the university.
